  Ana in Loft 7 is truly amazing! This was my first appointment with her but it definitely will not be my last. I had a gel manicure and gel pedicure and also eyebrow threading. Her prices are beyond reasonable, and she does such beautiful work. I could not make a decision on my manicure color, and she suggested cat eye color which I’ve never had before. It turned out so gorgeous that I will be asking for it every time! And I’m so impressed with my eyebrows. Normally, I my eyes water but she was so good not a single tear. She’s so friendly and easy to chat with it’s like you’re meeting with an old friend.

  Ananya was amazing I got the basic pedicure with gel polish, she was very attentive. I also had added on eyebrow, and facial threading wow amazing difference. I would highly recommend if your looking for a personal one on one care. Thank You so much for the amazing experience.

  Lisette was fabulous. This is the best haircut I have had in Cleveland in over 5 years. She recommended a haircut for my face and I love the final result.

  Jennifer James is the best hair stylist ever!! I have been going to her for years, and the color and styles just keep getting better and better!!
