  I went in to spend a gift card I had recieved. Despite the numbers being faded (don’t be an idiot like me and peel the back off rather than scratch) one of the girls was very polite to help me. This however, was only after the old asian lady was very rude and told me she can’t see the numbers. The other younger girl immediately took over and attempted to read off the numbers. I watched as she said numbers aloud and the older employee would type 3 numbers after she said 4. After just going on the website and entering the gift card myself, I came back. She immediately shook her head at me and told me she can’t accept the bar code. The other younger employee said “um yes we can if you guys will just wait i’ll help you.” I had to wait for her to finish doing both her job, and the old asian ladies job. It was embarrassing and rude. Will not be back.

  I love Farmacy and I'm glad there is a location so close to me that I can purchase the products. I do find that their stock is a bit old though - not that big of a deal since these products don't expire easily before being opened but you can tell that people opened some of the boxes (returned product put back on shelf? Are they sure the product itself was unused?) and the product inside was the old packaging style from months ago so you can tell the product is not selling fast at this location... Some quality control would be good. This seems typical for Kohls in general though - kind of run down these days. A bit sad looking.

  Every time that I come to this location the customer service is excellent. The employees are very helpful, informative, and knowledgeable about the products.
