The trim was crap and had to take her back in to correct it because they forgot to full trim a section of her hair...I GUESS. Then her hair felt and looked dry. No moisture was added and then found out he just graduated and was new. The more experienced stylist tried to correct as best as she could but overall was not satisfied and the total amount spent was 71.00 that included a tip. FYI, there should be a manager or lead stylist that should have looked over his work before she left since he was fresh out of school. This was my second time taking her there and the last. Tried to support.....DISAPPOINTED.
