We just got a call that they no longer can honor those times and two of us had to push our appointment back. Which doesn’t make sense as we were guaranteed the time frame booked so we could all be together and then go to brunch.

The quiet room with warm neck wraps was a great start, then Larry provided the Signature Calming Retreat massage, kindly and expertly releasing all the tension I hold in my neck and shoulders along with the rest of my body. He and his hot stones worked wonders while my friend’s masseuse did similarly for the 110 minute treatment, releasing toxins she could feel move on. Then Amanda gave me the most luxurious Fire and Ice facial and provided some samples to try at home. Ambience is so soothing and lovely. Will definitely go again and recommend to others.

They rushed me into the massage room, didn’t let me fill out the required forms beforehand which ask about basic health questions and problem areas. She asked me what areas I wanted extra focus on, I said hips and low back. There was absolutely zero pressure during the massage so it did nothing at all. After the massage, she brought me a size medium robe which was too small and took me to the relaxation room with my bits on display. Never showed me the locker room, I found it on my own. Changed my clothes and went downstairs to pay. I was asked how my service was and I said “it was okay” and she proceeded to say “I’m glad it was good”. Total waste of time and $170+. The facilities were luxurious and staff was nice but very disappointed and will not be back. I left less relaxed than when I got there 😂

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is required to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Minor Policy
To ensure a serene atmosphere for all our guests, Woodhouse Spa welcomes individuals aged 13 and above. We kindly request that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa. Minors (guests under the age of 18) may only receive Woodhouse Spa services following written parental/legal guardian consent. Woodhouse Spa reserves the right to limit and/or prohibit services for underage guests. Minor guests must be paired with a therapist of the same sex. Guests under the age of 18 must have a parent/legal guardian present during the entirety of the performed service(s). Minor guests must be 16+ to receive Bikini Wax and have a parent or guardian in the room. Minors may not receive Brazilian Wax.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash and Woodhouse Spa gift cards. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept checks at this time. Woodhouse gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
For products that have been opened or partially used, or if returned beyond our 30-day return window, we offer an in-store credit. Clothing items and products that remain unopened or unused, and those returned within the 30-day period, qualify for a refund to the original form of payment.
Parking
Situated in downtown Historic Dublin, our spa is in close proximity to Mezzo, Tucci's, and Harvest Pizza. The front doors face North High Street. Parking options include the surface lot behind our building on Darby Street and the parking garage near the Library.
Nails
We are delighted to offer a luxurious selection of traditional manicures and pedicures. Our guests can choose from a variety of premium polishes to suit their preferences:
CND Vinylux Long Wearing Polish: Enjoy a polished look that lasts with our durable and stylish CND Vinylux range.
CND Shellac Gel Polish: Opt for the long-lasting, high-shine finish of CND Shellac, perfect for those seeking a resilient and glossy manicure. Please note that we do not offer gel polish pedicures.
Dazzle Dry: Elevate your experience with Dazzle Dry, a revolutionary lacquer system that dries completely in just 5 minutes without the need for UV or LED lights. Despite its long-lasting nature, Dazzle Dry polish can be removed easily with regular nail polish remover.
Please note: We are unable to remove SNS/dip and acrylic nails at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
