  There is no one better than Lisa to help me look my best. I always feel so comfortable in her care! She involves me in the decisions and always explains the process thoroughly. My face and skin texture have never looked better!!

  I am so glad I found Emerald Aesthetics! I recently moved to the area and was nervous about finding a new aesthetic office that I would like as much as my old one. Emerald exceeded my expectations. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. John was very thorough during the consultation process and curated a personalized plan for me. I will definitely be back...again and again.

  I had a terrible experience at Emerald. My first appointment with the nurse Courtney went badly. She was very arrogant and treated me like I was beneath her. Besides that, she disclosed my personal medical information with my acquaintance without my permission. After that, when she saw me at the clinic she would give me a cold shoulder even though I greeted her every time I saw her. She never responded after I said hello every time I saw her. I believe she mistreated me and talked down to me because of me being an immigrant and having an accent. When I mentioned about this issue to the owners, it wasn’t taken seriously. I’m making a report to the nursing association due to HIPAA violation. I requested the full information about her so I can make the report but my request went unanswered. Also the front desk Taylor is very standoffish, not accommodating, and unfriendly. Lisa and I had a talk and she said if I needed any information or if I had a question I could contact her. But when I called, my number was blocked by the clinic. That act on their part defeats the purpose. I wasn’t a difficult or inconvenient patient. I came to my appointments every week and provided the clinic with lots of business. I was polite pleasant and friendly. I’m not a snooty person like Courtney or Taylor. My weight loss was just okay. Not as good as of now after I left and lost significant amounts of weight. My friend did a lip fillet. She had to go to another clinic to have it redone because of the bad result at emerald. My other friend had a lip flip and didn’t work either. She went to a different place to have it done correctly. The only emerald for me is a beautiful precious gem! Blocking a patient is a bad practice. I never disturbed, threatened or harassed anyone ever. I have never been blocked by any business medical or otherwise. When a patient was under your care, it’s not medically ethical to block the former patient for no reason
