- AWAmy WilliamsonJul 23, 20261.0We brought our kids here for the $12 haircuts and we have to take my son to get his cut fixed after she took 45 min trying to get it right, which was essentially a military style cut, I finally said it was fine and we left. Neither "stylist" even used a spray bottle on my kids' hair, my daughter's cut took less than 2 minutes, she didnt brush her hair, spray her hair or anything. Just cut a straight line at where I wanted the length and that was it. Didnt even brush tangles out. My daughter is 8. Luckily fir her we can get it trimmed and it won't take much to fix it, my son has to have an entire new cut. DONT GO TO THIS "SALON"

Finally at 2:30, someone came to tell me that my stylist was running late and it was going to be at least another hour. What’s the point of making appointments? She should have known she had a perm at 2 and not to schedule something else. Then make me sit there a full half an hour knowing it was going to be another hour. Terrible customer service. I canceled and told them I’ll go else well and not reschedule with them.
