  TLDR- It’s rude to stare … Always have a great time here! Spent over $50 today ( and most visits tbh ) I had help from an amazing employee, Austin so sweet! But there was an older blonde lady who stared me down while I was trying on perfume. Whoever was on shift 4/25/26. She didn’t offer to help me until after I asked if she needed something. I don’t spend $ here to be stared down? Been a Sephora rewards member for YEARS. First and last negative experience here. Please educate this employee.

  I had a disappointing experience at this Sephora location. As soon as I walked in, there were about four employees near the front, but no one greeted me or acknowledged my presence. When I went to check out, the cashier asked if anyone had helped me. I said no, and there wasn’t even a follow-up or apology for the lack of service. It made the whole experience feel dismissive and unwelcoming. I’ve been to multiple Sephora locations, and this is the only one where I’ve felt completely ignored. I usually go to the Polaris mall location, where the staff is friendly, attentive, and consistently checks in to see if I need assistance. Unfortunately, based on this visit that wasn’t the case, I wouldn’t return to this particular location.

  Super weird experience in here today. Normally I’m left alone, and as i was browsing, multiple times employees were asking me if i needed help / following me. When i was leaving, i was checking out something near the door and the person at the door asked why i kept going in and out? Overall, very weird and hostile behavior. The cashiers were friendly, at least

  The staff here seem to consistently not see or ignore customers of a certain age, specifically women over 50. I am rarely offered help at this store, while my daughters or younger women are catered too. This is why I prefer to order online.

  Had a great experience getting color matched-Liam was super helpful and fun! He found the perfect shade for me and was able to suggest more hydrating concealers and skin tints to help my skin
