  This review is for Nichole Henry at the grandview salon. She canceled my wife’s appointment 30 minutes before it was scheduled. She said she didn’t see the appointment until the morning of, even though my wife booked it the afternoon before. Very unprofessional.

  STARLA IS A SCAM STYLIST! she charged me $160 to only have my hairstyle last 24 hours. I've had boho locs & braids before and they lasted WEEKS ( even when swimming & maintained with mouse & products) LITERALLY ALL HUMAN HAIR curls she added have slipped out. she didn't use any product on my hair and that should've been my first clue . I am livid that she takes advantage of people, especially with someone like me that told her I'm a breast cancer survivor and losing all my hair to chemo was so triggering for it to all "slip out" again. i asked for refund OR for better to secure in & she denied both requests. definitely reported to "better business bureau"

  Brienna is wonderful. She never fails to make her clients feel comfortable. She educates her guests and talks to them in a way to make sure there are no major surprises at the end of their visit. Not to mention her loft. It’s so cute! Can’t wait to come in and see her again soon!!
