  Service: Haircut + Hair Coloring Stylist: Jennifer Borches I’m really disappointed with my experience. I paid almost $200 for a haircut and caramel/brown hair color, but after nearly 3 hours, the result was nowhere close to what I asked for. The first color application didn’t take at all, which the stylist herself noticed and said was surprising. After trying again, I ended up with only a couple of reddish/burgundy sections in the front, while the back still looks completely black with almost no visible color. The haircut was also much simpler than the layered look I requested. When I reached out afterward, I was offered a correction but was asked to pay an additional product fee, and was told the look I wanted would have cost $300. I wish this had been clearly explained before the service. I appreciate the time she spent, but I paid $200 and did not receive anything close to the result I requested. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this place for hair coloring.

  Shawna Smith is wonderfull!! She is very knowledgeable about hair, listened to my my concerns, and was interested in making my hair hair look great!! I am looking forward to my next appointment!!

  Salon Lofts Worthington has their act together in terms of creating a safe, COVID19 prepared salon. Sanitizing upon arrival. No waiting inside. Masks for everyone. I felt super comfortable and was joyous to see Deb Hall, that she was well and back in business! Great job Salon Lofts Worthington!
