- NRNatasha RJul 12, 20261.0Alexis Henry doesn’t even deserve one star. I’ve never dealt with someone so unprofessional. She canceled my appointment just 30 minutes before it was scheduled, which was incredibly frustrating and disrespectful of my time. I would not recommend her service.👎

She really took the time to listen to what I wanted, asked thoughtful questions, and explained what would work best for my hair type and lifestyle. The cut she gave me looks fresh, modern, and actually easy for me to style at home, which is huge. The whole experience felt relaxed and welcoming, and I left feeling confident and taken care of. I’ve already gotten compliments and will definitely be coming back to her for my next appointment.
