- CBChinchu Benadict5 days ago5.0Bringing our little one here to get her ears pierced was the best decision! Check-in was a breeze, the studio was clean, and the staff was amazingly gentle and patient with her. The piercing process was super fast, and the pricing is very reasonable. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
- DZDiana ZarinsOct 6, 20261.0My daughter got her ears pierced 1.5 days ago and the $63 earring broke in my daughter's ear. The decorative heart broke from the stud. $63 for a single earring. When I called the store they said the earring had been recalled 2 weeks ago. This place is way over priced and is selling faulty and poorly made earrings.
- AYAmelia YochheimOct 4, 20265.0Had such a good experience here! Mya and Sana were super helpful and welcoming. They made sure to explain the pricing very clearly and leave no room for confusion. It was super fun to talk with them while planning what to get and while waiting for our appointment. Christin did our pricing and she did such a fantastic job!! She was super efficient and made the experience perfect. The process was quick and surprisingly very painless. Overall, everyone was super helpful and we will definitely be back!
- CLChris LoveOct 4, 20265.0Chelsea was awesome and made me feel at ease. She really took her time to make sure the placement was right. Highly recommend!!
- EHEmily HillOct 3, 20265.0As a repeat customer of Rowan and, specifically, Hailey, I cannot recommend their piercing services enough. The care you receive doesn’t end after the piercing. The Rowan team will see you if you have any concerns and will help you with sizing and jewelry changes when enough healing has occurred. The post-piercing instructions are clear, staff are friendly, and walk-ins are welcome.
