  Thank you Erica for being so helpful and accommodating. She made sure my 3rd ear piercing was placed just like I wanted it. She took her time and the Nurses were so kind. It was painless, fast and worth going to Rowan to get it done right. Happy customer! 😊

  Abby was INCREDIBLE. I can’t wait to go back and see her. The store is beautiful and I had such a good experience. I made a friend and got an awesome nose ring at the same time. Come see Abby if you need any piercing help. She was absolutely amazing.

  *DO NOT RECOMMEND* We went to Rowan to get our three and one year olds ears pierced. We loved the idea that a "nurse" would be piercing their ears. The store was clean and the people who pierced the kids' ears were pleasant and helpful enough. Though pleasant, I'm not convinced these were actual nurses the way a mom brain believes a nurse to be. The one had brightly colored hair and looked to belong more in a tattoo parlor than a place that pierces children. I don't mean to judge a book and do believe this person pierced my kids fine enough and the "nurses" didn't make policy or earrings. However, from reading their FAQs, it's almost as though they undergo some piercing training and label them "nurses" which to me seems like false advertising. We paid over $350 to get their ears pierced. My one year old child came home that day and took a nap and when they woke up, an earring had fallen out. We tried to put it back in but by the time we tried to put it back, the hole had closed. The same week, two days later, we went back to get the ear repierced and by the end of the week, again, the earring fell out. In a separate event that same week, my three year old had their earring fall out but was able to put back in. When we called about how to handle my infant's piercing and they suggested to "advise them to not touch their ear." This was a ridiculous response, especially for a baby to not touch something bothering them on their body!! They were cordial enough and honored to repierce within 30 days. They even mentioned that after three weeks, the piercing could be changed to a flatback which is more secure but we couldn't even keep the piercing in for 48 hours!! We asked for a partial refund for everything and told us it was our responsibility for aftercare. I wish we would have just gone to Claire's, a reputable business that's been piercing children for decades. I give two stars, one for each of the "nurses" who pierced my children, other than that, Rowans was a waste of time and money. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

  Get your piercings done at Rowan!! Abbie was so patient with me as I decided which earrings and where I wanted them placed. She was very knowledgeable and really took the time to help me plan my earring stack. I will get all of my piercings with them from now on and they are all nurses! Very professional and clean environment.

  I had my 10-month-old baby’s ears pierced here and was told the studs were very secure and that it would be “impossible” for them to fall off. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. One of the studs came off in the middle of the night while my baby was sleeping, and another incident led to her ear getting caught and injured. I understand that accidents can happen, especially with babies, but being told something is “impossible” gave me a false sense of security. I wish there had been more honest communication about the risks involved.
