I had an absolutely wonderful experience at L’Occitane, and Dylan was a huge part of what made it so memorable! From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and full of positive energy. His vibrant personality made the shopping experience fun, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable.
The store itself was beautiful, inviting, and filled with amazing products. Dylan took the time to learn what I liked, introduced me to new scents and products, and made thoughtful recommendations without ever being pushy. I ended up loving the products so much that I literally came back a few days later to try more!
It’s rare to find someone who combines outstanding customer service with such genuine enthusiasm. Dylan truly made me feel valued as a customer, and his passion for the brand shines through. I can’t wait to come back and discover even more products. Thank you, Dylan, for such a fantastic experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have been using these products for years and the quality is top notch. Four of my favorites are the body shower oil, the 20% shea hand cream, the thick shea body oil and the sensitive skin body cream. Hydrating, very softly scented that won't compete with your perfume and a little goes a long way. I visited my local store at Easton last year for the first time instead of buying online and met Dylan. He is amazing! Very knowledgeable and his friendliness is top tier.

The one star is not for the products offered at the store, it is about the customer service at this particular location. More specifically a sales associate name Nicole P. She was shockingly rude to me when I tried to return a product to the store. The return policy (from the store website) reads:
"Should you choose to return a product, even opened, we will happily refund the original credit card if returned to one of our retail boutiques within 30 days of purchase. Returns or exchanges of opened products are at the store manager's discretion."
The product I wanted to return was opened. But instead of explaining this return policy to me, Nicole said, and I quote "We don't have to take that back just because you didn't like it." And as you can imagine, she did not take a good tone when saying this to me. I asked her to further explain and she said, "We do not take opened products back." After further pressure she then said "Well, I can call my manager and see what she says."
After some back and forth and a phone call (made by me) to the customer service line, I was granted the return but I will NEVER return to this location as long as Nicole is working there. Nicole, if you read this I suggest that you brush up on your customer service skills, especially when you are working at a high-end boutique skincare store with very expensive products.
