Dysport® starts to reduce the appearance of wrinkles within just a few days after the first treatment. Dysport® is an FDA-approved cosmetic injectable primarily used for treating wrinkles and signs of aging. This popular treatment has been clinically proven to smooth the appearance of crow’s feet and frown lines while maintaining the natural look and movement of the rest of your face. Possibly the longest duration neurotoxin, Dysport® treats moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows by reducing specific muscle activity. One injection into each of the five points between and above the eyebrows temporarily prevents muscle contractions that cause frown linesThe majority of users see improvement in just two to three days after treatment.

Results are typically seen immediately, however, swelling, bruising, tenderness may occur at the injection site and will usually subside within seven days. Some of the most common targeted areas include nasolabial folds, cheeks, and hands. Restylane®, Restylane®-L , and Restylane® Refyne are versatile fillers with varying consistencies and volumes. They are all used to target multiple facial concerns, including moderate to severe wrinkles, facial folds, and, in some cases, lips. Restylane® Defyne is used to target facial wrinkles and folds, as well as the chin. Chin augmentation using Restylane® Devyne balances the profile for patients with chin retrusion. The Restylane® family of fillers is composed of non-animal hyaluronic acid and is developed to mimic the hyaluronic acid that occurs naturally in the human body. Chemical peels can be done on the face, neck, and hands to reveal radiant skin. They are used for many purposes- diminishing imperfections such as fine lines, wrinkles, sun damage, mild scars, certain types of acne, and melasma. We have a variety of peels to choose from, your provider will consult with you to choose the right peel. About Chemical Peels Chemical peels reveal smoother skin below the surface. We offer a diverse selection of chemical peels, at different intensities, that target a variety of concerns. What can I expect? Chemical peels are a quick way to improve the radiance and elasticity of your skin. This is a non or minimally invasive procedure, the impact and recovery time depends on the type of peel that you do. You may see some exfoliation post the peel, this is expected. Some downtime is generally expected but this can vary depending on the type of peel. You and your provider will determine the best option for the results you are looking for. Your skin will be cleaned thoroughly and then the chemical solution will be applied to your skin. You may experience a slight burning sensation that lasts up to ten minutes, followed by a mild stinging sensation. Cool compresses may ease this sensation. You usually will experience some peeling, for up to a week. Targeted areas Chemical peels are typically done on the face but are also commonly used on the hands and décolletage. They can address a variety of facial concerns including, fine lines, wrinkles, discoloration, age spots, scars and other skin imperfections. How long does it last? Results vary based on treatment, some peels can produce results after one session, but many require a treatment series (usually three peels) to get optimal results. You may repeat some peels until you get the results you are after but ultimately all chemical peels help skin look noticeably brighter, smoother and more even.

Microneedling helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and can have a positive effect on uneven skin tone and acne scars. Often providers will do Microneedling with PRF (Platelet Rich Fibrin) which helps stimulate the skin on multiple levels by encouraging cell renewal and promoting collagen and elastin production. About Microneedling Microneedling may help with acne, hyperpigmentation, scars, skin laxity, crepey appearing skin, and other facial concerns. It may lead to softer, younger-looking skin with fewer signs of aging. What can I expect? It is a relatively quick procedure performed (mostly) on the face, it can take anywhere from 15 minutes up to an hour depending on the treatment area. There is little down time and patients are usually fully recovered by the next day. The skin is pricked with tiny sterilized needles which cause your body to make more collagen and elastin, which thickens and tightens the skin, resulting in a smoother appearance. PRF (Platelet Rich Fibrin) can also be applied after these micro injuries to further rejuvenate the skin. Targeted areas Microneedling is performed most frequently on the face but can be used all over the body to improve the appearance of skin. How long does it last? Changes can develop over the course of a few days or several weeks after treatment. Visible improvements can appear for up to six months after the original treatment. People may need up to 4 to 6 treatments to see the results they are looking for.
