This is my favorite Sephora! very busy when I went but several employees went out of their way to offer help if needed, especially Haven, she was so informative and helped me pick out a few things and did some shade matching for me. I have been using/enjoying the products I decided to purchase at her recommendation, and they’re still holding up well! The cashier was also very kind when helping me merge my old account & new account so I could collect my points. Also: i was offered to check out with one of the employees on their own devices (I was still shopping), this helps the line/wait tremendously. This is my favorite Sephora location, I’ll keep coming back!

i feel pretty here
Came in for new foundation but was VERY intimidated, as I have been told Sephora would be snobby or judge me. Alex proved them wrong! They welcomed me at the door, picked out the foundation and shade very quickly. They also helped me find out how much my gift card was before I purchased anything, which was sooo anxiety reducing. I ended up stressing myself out and circling the store trying to decide between a couple of items I picked out, and everyone checked to make sure I was doing ok, which I thought was very nice and empathetic. At the end, Alex was ringing someone else out, so Lacey jumped in to check me out. She was extremely nice! At this point, I was a little burnt out and wasn't being as friendly as I normally am, but she never dropped her good energy even though I wasn't reciprocating well. Amazing customer service from both Lacey and Alex! There were more amazing people as well, I wish I had gotten their names!
I’ve visited the Kenwood Sephora several times and have consistently experienced unprofessional and unfriendly behavior from the staff. During my recent visit, I found it difficult to return an item, and the staff’s attitude and hostility played a major role in my decision to return my purchase. Despite being polite and merely browsing, I felt that the treatment I received was specifically directed at me, making the return process uncomfortable and stressful. I believe every customer deserves respectful and positive service, and I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for others. Thank you.

Always have a great experience at this store, but particularly last evening. Had a gift return as well as a really old coupon for a sampler full size fragrance. Sierra was so kind in helping both with my return and in trying to locate which fragrances would be available for that kit. While the store and online ended up being out of the 2 I wanted, she went way above and beyond, spending about 20 minutes checking stock, other stores and providing next steps/options. The rest of the floor team also assisted me in picking out an eye primer while she was checking on all of that. Thanks to the whole team, will continue to make this one of my regular Sephora stops! 💕💄
