  Elected to have my daughters pierce their ears at Rowan. The whole process was very easy. I did make an appointment online , and I'm glad that I did only because towards the end of the day it looked like they suddenly got pretty busy. My girls were nervous butt excited, and Nurse Tiffany was fantastic. She was super kind with my girls and answered all of our questions. She was super respectful and patient. Would definitely come back!

  Got my ears pierced on the date of this review. Everyone there was nice and friendly, and the nurse did an excellent job, barely felt a thing. Highly recommend! 👍👍👍👍👍

  Both of my daughters had their ears pierced here and they seemed very informative and knew what they were doing. I got their ears pierced in 2025 and it's now been a year and one of my daughters we cannot get her earrings off. The backs are completely stuck and I went to a professional piercer to have them removed and spent over an hour and she couldn't get it done. Per the piercer she stated that this process is completely wrong and their suggestion to twist the earrings during cleaning is also incorrect. Now I am most likely going to have to take her to a doctor and have them surgically cut. These inverness backs should not be used and also the earrings were also way to small for her ears. I am angry and frustrated.

  Summer helped us out today and was amazing! She walked me through the whole process and stayed so calm helping me feel at peace. She was truly a blessing to have done my ears. Thank you rowan for such a great experience and a special thank you to Summer for words of wisdom and expertise!!!

  Absolutely loved my experience at Rowan! 💕 I’ve had four piercings done here, and they’ve all been done so well. Everyone has always been professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. I also really appreciated that they helped me remove the extra-long posts months after my piercings—such a great experience from start to finish! I’ve been so happy with how everything healed and looks. I can’t wait to go back and get more piercings once summer is over! ✨ Highly recommend Rowan! 💗
