- NSNina SaucedoJun 3, 20261.0I just called over to the Kenwood location. I was making sure they had the products in store before I went there. Robin answered the phone and completely seemed annoyed. She told me that she had a customer walk in and I had to wait. That is super rude and it discourages me from wanting to go in the store. Bummer. What is the problem with customer service these days? All it would have taken was 3 minutes to say yes or no for product inventory. Just a shame and it makes me very sad.

Laura is so pleasant to talk to and there is a sweet young man who works there who gives wonderful advice about the products. They use the products themselves and are very knowledgeable. Laura helped me find discontinued lipstick from other stores and they shipped to me free. Jon Paul( I think that’s his name) explained all the different perfumes to me and how each one has a special meaning to him. I always enjoy my visits to the boutique in Kenwood.
