- NSNina SaucedoJun 3, 20261.0I just called over to the Kenwood location. I was making sure they had the products in store before I went there. Robin answered the phone and completely seemed annoyed. She told me that she had a customer walk in and I had to wait. That is super rude and it discourages me from wanting to go in the store. Bummer. What is the problem with customer service these days? All it would have taken was 3 minutes to say yes or no for product inventory. Just a shame and it makes me very sad.

- DGD GSep 1, 20205.0The relocated and new store is really beautiful. I genuinely feel their products are superior and I do believe all the raw materials are natural and plant based. The general manager, Laura, is great to work with. She knows and believes in the product she is selling, as do all the people that work there. It is a warm and welcoming environment and you are treated with respect and dignity regardless of Age, Race or Gender Identity.
