  I’ve debated about posting a review thinking things would get better but they haven’t. I have been coming to this store for years. And I loved it. There is one employee who knows me every time I come in and always recommends things for me I for me to sample her name is Hayden. I really can’t say much about the others but they are kind as well. Recently, I have been dealing with an employee name, Rose. I came in for some samples, and I did not realize that there was barely anything in there until I reached home once I saw the amount of the sample I got I realized there was no way I could even try the make up. So I went back a couple days later and asked if there was a way to get more saying that there’s not even enough in there to sample with the rest of my make up product Rose told me that She is only supposed to give a splotch and that is it. I then told her I could do a splash in store I’m trying to figure out if it will still look right with the rest of my makeup. After that, I felt there was an attitude and Following every time I go in there is a semi attitude. I now dread going to the store if roses is present. I even recently have went to a different Sephora to get samples And asked about the splotch And spoke with a manager as well And she said that they at least give enough to do one day of make up. I do not like writing a negative review but this situation has up set me.

  I normally don't go to this Sephora only in hopes of seeing two employees I see whom always go above and beyond for me,and I just love chitchatting with them,one is Rose and the other one I always forget her name. The other night, I had the displeasure of dealing with an employee named Morgan. I dunno if she was having a bad day or what...but she came off rather rude and stuck up, asking her if she carried the shiseido eyelash curler,she said she never heard of the brand(fair enough),and that they 'dont sell Japanese products' despite the fact the Tatcha display was right behind her...she just didn't seem like she could be bothered to look at the brands name and eyelash curler that I was trying to show her on the site. The encounter unfortunately did leave a bad taste in my mouth to the point where I think it'll be abit before I decide to return. I'll be sticking with Ulta for a little while before returning.

  Rose is an incredible employee and person who loves her job, and you can tell. She was amazing and made sure to help my friend and I with everything we need without rushing or any judgment. She deserves a raise she did so good.
