Lines were fuzzy on our end over pick up policy and my boss has had trouble with the app previously, however she has been a long time customer and was just in the store the previous day. I was attempting to find a way to figure it out so that I still would be able to make the purchase, but the employee at the front desk (Shan) was dismissive and in my opinion very rude, giving me several dirty/seemingly irritated looks. Luckily I was able to speak with another employee (Michelle) who was very nice and was able to find a way to help me. I have never written a review for any establishment before, let alone a negative one, but I did not feel good about that interaction.

I read some of the negative reviews on this and I wonder if the people leaving them have ever been to cosmetology school. It seems to me that they should know how to use the color, and it is a supply store, not a salon, so they are not responsible for user error.

I have blue hair now.. when I went in all they could say is we don’t do refund and they don’t give supplies to fix it and the manager was on vacation.. I thought a manager had to be on duty all the time.. I am not thrilled with them and if you buy hair color don’t ask them I don’t think the have licenses for your needs..

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
