  I don't like being locked into a store of any kind, that the employee has to let me out. I would think its a massive safety issue ( especially a fire issue). I prefer Ulta. More product, better atmosphere, helpful employees. And I don't need someone letting me out because the doors are locked.

  Super rude. I went in looking for a specific perfume to buy a sample. The fragrances run along the back wall of the store right up to the cashier. I wasn’t greeted and the cashier was looking at her phone while I was searching. I finally asked her if they carried the line I was searching for. Her response (as she continued to look down at her phone) was “Never heard of it, so no.” I’m heading to Ulta to spend my money.

  We love Sephora! Great products good choices! The staff here was friendly and helpful! For being a location within a mall, this Sephora felt small, with less selection than others.
