  Went into Sephora today looking for a replacement for my lip gloss. The lady who assisted me asked me if I heard of another brand that was 50% off today. I grabbed 4 of them went to check out and when she rang me out at the credit card check out they rang up full price. I advised the cashier that I was told it was 50% off and with attitude the lady said, “no, it’s only certain ones with a circle.” I said the lady who assisted said that they were and they had a circle. She again with an attitude said, “no, these are not.” I said okay well then I do not want them. To which, again, with an attitude she said, “okay, you’re good, have a good night,” and walked off. I have never had such rude service from a Sephora cashier.

  I don't like being locked into a store of any kind, that the employee has to let me out. I would think its a massive safety issue ( especially a fire issue). I prefer Ulta. More product, better atmosphere, helpful employees. And I don't need someone letting me out because the doors are locked.
