- NCnaundi carterMay 3, 20261.0not here to bash the company. just posting a honest review I went to lush last Tuesday bought the Herbalism fresh cleanser and the mask of magnanimity and sample of the skin drink facial lotion. I used the mask twice and the fresh cleanser about 4 times. The daily that everything is vegan and that’s fine that’s actually why I went. Idk which one did it but my skin on my nose and under my eyes became really rough and started to peal off. I get acne a lot and I’ve tried many products (not from lush) and my skin/face has never had a reaction to anything. So I was and I am just very disappointed with the company and products I have pictures but I don’t think they’ll let me post on google reviews. Anyways great customer service not to much on the products they sell.

- LLLemonFeb 9, 20261.0Drove half an hour to shop in store the workers expect one had the worst attitude as if i was going to run out without paying one of the ladies were stank facing me (Black lady)the whole time until we were checking out so disheartening and once we checking out i realized all the bottles were tampered/half full and the lady that was checking me out(lady with bob) was upset that i doubled checked the bottles with a finger test aka lifting it up

It was his 1st time @ a Lush, it was sweet we got in, & ONLY bc of the 2 working, Kayjay, awesome manager! Monica was down to chat about my long love of Lush & products like R&B changing names to Revive. Scents long revived too! 😉 Seriously made our night, our mini trip to Cleve extra fun & it's the lil things. I venture to a Lush maybe 2~3 times a year. Beautiful store always beautiful humans w compassion & good vibes! Thanks again KayJay & Monica!
