- ITIbtisam TgJul 1, 20265.0The two staff members were absolutely lovely! One of them had rainbow-colored hair and was extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming. The other was a beautiful dark-skinned woman with braided hair. Both of them were very helpful and made our visit really enjoyable. They were always smiling and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. Their kindness and positive energy truly made the visit special.

So I walked out. I don't know how the stuff manages to work there. The smell of products is so overwhelming, that it makes my head hurt just by standing nearby.
- NCnaundi carterMay 3, 20261.0not here to bash the company. just posting a honest review I went to lush last Tuesday bought the Herbalism fresh cleanser and the mask of magnanimity and sample of the skin drink facial lotion. I used the mask twice and the fresh cleanser about 4 times. The daily that everything is vegan and that’s fine that’s actually why I went. Idk which one did it but my skin on my nose and under my eyes became really rough and started to peal off. I get acne a lot and I’ve tried many products (not from lush) and my skin/face has never had a reaction to anything. So I was and I am just very disappointed with the company and products I have pictures but I don’t think they’ll let me post on google reviews. Anyways great customer service not to much on the products they sell.
