  I recommend to not keep card on file with this facility. On July 22nd, I had a fever of 102.6 in the morning took Tylenol hoping It would come down in time for my afternoon appointment. Unfortunately, still had a fever so I contacted them needing to cancel to prevent THEIR staff from getting sick. I am a nurse and work in the hospital, I would NEVER willingly go get a massage if I could pass something along to another person. Then on August 23rd, I had a charge of $138.45. I called to follow up because I have not made any further appointments and they insisted that it was due to my “no show” on July 22nd. I explained that I did not “no show” I had a medical reason for not attending the appointment and notified them. They told me due to me not cancelling in time per their policy I had to be charged. I said then why was I charged a month later? This is unacceptable. I really enjoyed this facility but no longer will be a customer due to this.

  My partner and I got a wonderful deep tissue couple's massage (with foot massage add-on) from Deanna and Channon. They each were welcoming and kind, and the entire experience was so calming and luxurious. Deanna (who worked on me) was very thorough and made sure to address my problem areas, while my partner felt the same about Channon. The place is really lovely, clean, and had a great atmosphere. We highly recommend Essential Escape Spa and hope to visit again soon!

  This is a great place that I highly recommend. Channon is by far the best massage therapist I've ever had and really helps with correcting issues for long term positive impacts. Everyone is professional, kind and great.

  I used to love coming here - it has been my go to for facials and massages for 2 years, but lately the experience has not been the same. I went for a massage with my fiancée and they had us both get undressed, and then came back 5 mins later to tell us they needed to reschedule. When we were leaving, the receptionist was on the phone and never bothered to follow up with us to reschedule. This was a very disappointing experience and could’ve been handled way better than it was.
