The stylist cut my daughter’s already curly hair much shorter than requested and refused to give her the bangs we asked for, continuing to cut it far too short. They didn’t even finish by blow drying her hair. I also felt extremely uncomfortable during the visit. I wear a hat for religious reasons, and the staff repeatedly stared in a way that felt excessive, judgmental and unwelcoming. The communication and treatment felt different compared to others. I will not be returning.
