  I won’t be back to this location or maybe any location. I used to work at Sephora and we really helped customers. These associates are so unhelpful! Like, I know more than they do. I was assigned a young girl to help me find a concealer (I wish I remembered her name) and she literally did not! She didn’t try anything on me, she didn’t lead me with anything! She told me that if the color doesn’t match, I can just return it. Does it look like I want to be back? This is not the first time I’ve dealt with uninformed, uninterested, and unfortunately, incompetent employees at Sephora. asking these associates for help is really uncomfortable! And guess what, I do have to return the concealer because it does in fact not match. She was just standing next to me and only spoke if I asked a question. My questions were like, does this match? What do you think about this shade? All her responses were pretty much the same like yea, it does.

  I dislike coming to this location if I don’t have to. The staff is rude and unhelpful. They barely greet you. Feels forced and then they don’t want to help if you have questions. If you had any questions at the register, they treat you like a pest. You’re best to take your business elsewhere.

  Today I visited Sephora and Angie assisted me, and she was amazing. She was very flexible and helped me choose the perfect makeup for my skin. She made me feel really comfortable, especially since I’m not someone who usually wears makeup or is very interested in it—only for special occasions. Thanks to her, the whole experience was enjoyable and I felt confident with the result. I definitely recommend her!

  While most of my visit was pleasant The check out girl was rude, which soured my experience. My husband took me by yesterday to get some goodies post partum, First time in Sephora in a year!!! everyone was super helpful and kind.. except the cashier who kept calling me ma’am and was a bit disorganized. Had me walk through the store to check out, then ran back to the cashier desk I was originally at to get a bag ?? She then had me sign up for rewards points saying I get a free gift. I got old lady cream 😂😂😂 I’m 31 but cmon no one wants old lady foundation. my husband was paying and asked if there was anything else she just ignored us. We laughed about her on the way to bath and body works.
