- EBestrellita barrancoApr 19, 20261.0I had my eyebrows done here and I’m very disappointed with the result. The shaping was uneven and thinner than I requested. I specifically wanted a clean-up while keeping my natural thickness, but that wasn’t respected. What’s even more frustrating is how this was handled afterward. I didn’t want to make a scene in-store, so I called the next day to explain the issue, and I was told they could not offer a refund simply because I had already left the store. That policy feels very unfair—especially for a service where the result can’t always be fully assessed immediately. While I was there, I also noticed another customer expressing dissatisfaction with the same stylist, which makes me concerned this may not be an isolated experience. I understand mistakes can happen, but the lack of accountability or flexibility in resolving the issue is what really stands out. I would recommend being very clear about what you want and proceed with caution when booking brow services here.

I understand that your eyebrows are not supposed to be twins, but mine were enemies, they were completely different shapes and sizes and this is after I grew them out fully 🫣. Corinthia did not speak more than 3 words to me during the whole ordeal. She shaded them in so much that, not only could I not tell the difference until I scrubbed off the makeup, I didn’t recognize myself with the eyebrow makeup on!!

Each Benefit experience is unique to YOU and your needs. Your Brow &
Beauty Expert (BBE) will kick things off with an in-depth consultation to
ensure you walk out feeling (and looking!) great. Our personalized Brow
Mapping allows you to see which hairs need to go and which need
to grow to achieve I'm-actually-obsessed brows. At the end of the service,
your BBE will wrap things up by styling your brows, so you’ll be ready to
take ’em out and show ’em off.
WHAT IS BROW MAPPING?
Our personalized Brow Mapping technique helps find where the brow
should start, arch, and end, and spots any hairs that need to be removed.
This process ensures you’re not just getting any ol’ brow shape, you’re
getting the brow shape that’s right for you. Once you've mapped out your
shape, your Brow & Beauty Expert will work with you to achieve that shape
through a service, product, or both.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY UPCOMING BEAUTY SERVICE?
Brow Lamination services: If you have allergies to hair dye or perming
solutions, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
lamination service. Swing by your local Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Make sure you haven't had a brow lamination within the 6 weeks
prior to your appointment.

I’M RUNNING LATE. WHAT’S YOUR LATE POLICY?
We get it, things happen! We’ll do our best to accommodate. However, if
you’re more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, your spot may be
given to another customer.
WHAT AGE DO I NEED TO BE TO RECEIVE A BEAUTY SERVICE?
Refer to the age minimum when booking to see whether you’ll need a
parent or guardian present at the time of appointment to give consent for
the service.
