- RPRane PMay 12, 20261.0Absolutely horrendous customer service. I just left after waiting 10 minutes for a sales associate to help me. An older lady (not sure if she was the manager or what) told me she would tell someone to come assist me to which I waited forever for. No one came. Instead that same older, Jamaican lady helped out other customers, looked me dead in my eyes and just ignored me. I wish I had gotten her name. Horrible horrible costumer service I will not be coming back to this location.

- SRStephanie RamirezApr 30, 20261.0I visited Sephora at The Westchester Mall on Sunday, 4/26/2026, and unfortunately my initial experience was disappointing. There was no greeter at the door, and I genuinely felt invisible walking through the store. Multiple staff members passed by without making eye contact or acknowledging me as a customer. I was shopping for a travel-size fragrance for my husband and eventually approached a staff member for assistance. After saying “good afternoon,” I admittedly expressed my frustration by asking, “So I guess the policy in this store is not to say good morning nor make eye contact with clients?” I was then directed to the correct section. Thankfully, the experience improved afterward thanks to a very kind young lady with red hair and glasses who helped me. She recommended an excellent setting spray and completely changed the atmosphere of my visit by making me feel welcomed and at ease. I truly wish I remembered her name because she deserves recognition. Employees like her represent the level of customer service Sephora is known for, and honestly, she would be a wonderful example for retraining staff on customer engagement and hospitality.
