  I love blu for a relaxing massage however I booked the deep tissue massage and I don’t feel like that’s the service I received. It was very relaxing but none of my knots were really worked out or paid attention to even though I mentioned the parts of the back that I felt really needed work.

  I’ve been going to Blu for facials with Nicole since 2020, and recommend her to everyone! Professional, knowledgeable, and great to talk with. I trust all of her renovations for treatments and products, and have never been disappointed! 11/10

  I recently went in to purchase a gift certificate. I was taken care of by a girl whose name I did not get..she was tall, with tattoos, a messy bun and had dog hair all over her clothes. She looked completely unprofessional. Not sure if she is a manager or something but I also overheard her talking to other employees in such a rude and disgusting manner which made me so uncomfortable. If you have to discuss something with an employee don’t do it in front of regular clients, potential new clients or people who are there to purchase services for someone else. Just so off putting. Walking into a Spa in posh Orchard Park I would expect a little bit more class. Brush your hair, wear clean clothes, have a better attitude in front of customers and just overall be professional. YOU are one of the first people that a customer sees when walking in the door. DO BETTER!

  I went for a deep tissue massage and brow lamination and absolutely loved both!! The massage was so relaxing and helped to ease tight muscles for a back injury. Giana was great during brow lamination and explained the process well as I am new to it! I will definitely be going back and recommended it to my friends for a girls day

  I had a wonderful experience today at Blu. I was greeted by friendly front desk staff and waited in the bright, pleasant waiting area, where free beverages are available. My provider Liz was fantastic. She gives an amazing shampoo along with a relaxing head massage and a special Kerastas strengthening treatment. I am thrilled with the service I received. My hair looks and feels fabulous.
