  Alicia was very caring and made me feel comfortable getting my ears pierced. She was friendly, informative and had a great sense of humor. I recommend this place and it is very clean!

  We had such a great experience at Rowan! The staff was absolutely wonderful and knew exactly how to communicate with my 3-year-old to make her feel comfortable throughout the process. Afterwards, they went above and beyond to help her feel better, offering her a sticker and a lollipop. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really showed how much they care about their little customers. I truly appreciated their patience, kindness, and understanding. Highly recommend Rowan, especially for parents bringing in their little ones!

  On a whim we decided to get our almost 4 year old daughter’s ears pierced. The team was great! Very welcoming and made the process super quick for us! Price was very reasonable as well!

  Very organized, attentive and professional service. There's nothing to really complain. I wish I had the option to go with the flat back studs. But I'm going to do so once my stud holes heal. I'm very glad I've chosen this service. Oh, I'm a RN, too, and I felt extra comfortable about that.

  Update: I originally reached out to Rowan corporate because that was the direction provided in Rowan’s FAQs on their website. After my experience with customer support, I was honestly left feeling pretty disappointed with Rowan as a company. That said, I do want to acknowledge that the Eastview store manager reached out to me directly today. She apologized for the experience, corrected some of the misinformation I had previously been given, and, most importantly, provided the kind of genuine customer service and hospitality I had hoped for from Rowan in the first place. That conversation truly changed my perception of the Eastview store. I appreciated her taking the time to personally reach out, listen to my concerns, acknowledge where things had gone wrong, and make sure I had accurate information moving forward. That level of accountability and care made a meaningful difference. I want to be fair in sharing this experience: my concerns are much more with Rowan corporate and the customer support process than with the Eastview store or its manager. In fact, after speaking with the manager directly, I came away with a very different impression of the local store and the people who work there. I’m adding this update because I believe it’s important to recognize when someone steps up and provides the customer service that was missing earlier in the process. The Eastview manager did exactly that, and I genuinely appreciate it.
