- SSStefanieJun 9, 20261.0I truly had high hopes for this place. I’m a healthcare worker and was excited at the idea that the staff are all nurses. Unfortunately the piercing I got has had a persistent infection since I got pierced initially in November 2025. It was a lobe piercing and they used the device method. I used the hypochlorous acid spray religiously everyday and kept the area clean. An infected abscess formed where the piercing is and I have never been able to get it to fully heal. I can’t remove the earring for good because otherwise the bacteria will get trapped. And I can’t wear any other earrings 6 months later because all other earring backings are too tight and can’t accommodate for how much swelling there is. I now need to go to a surgeon to get the abscess cut open and drained. I’ve never had this experience before with both needle or device piercings. This is incredibly disappointing. The staff were all very lovely and the place seemed clean, I just cannot recommend them for this reason.

Rowan offers lobe, upper lobe, mid helix, helix, forward helix, flat, conch and tragus, however, piercing placement availability may vary by studio location. We do not pierce the daith, industrial, nose or other body parts beyond the ears.

We are a cashless studio.
