  Skye pierced my seconds on my ear lobes and did a great job! They talked with me to make sure the placement was correct and the actual piercing barely hurt. They explained all the aftercare steps throughly and I’d say it was a great experience! It was $50 for the piercing, $80 for the jewelry and $20 for the aftercare which was $180 after tip and tax.

  We had such a fantastic experience at Rowan. Everyone there was helpful and kind, and they made my daughter feel very comfortable and cared for while she got her helix piercing. We will absolutely go here again if we want any other piercings!

  My 13yo daughter got her ears pierced here today. Everything was great - booking the appointment online was easy and both of the people working there were friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter has thicker than average earlobes and her piercer recommended using a longer post to pierce her with. I appreciated that she listened to my concerns around this, especially since this was the second time getting the same piercing done (first time was at Claire’s and we had a lot of issues so she had to stop wearing earrings). She was very gentle with my daughter and checked in with her a couple of times to make sure she was feeling okay. I highly recommend Rowan!

  The piercing went well. However, I felt that the person who helped me select the earring options available to pierce tried to get me to pick the pricier options and the total cost was ridiculous. He did not explain that price was per earring, not for a pair. There was no sign that said it was per earring. The least expensive was $68 per earring. I had 2 piercings done in each earlobe, bought a $39 pair of earrings, one pair to do the piercings was $168, another pair $176 (and they both are very small!), $140 for the piercing, $20 for the recommended cleaning solution. I was shocked at the $536 total. This was partly on me for not clarifying the cost up front, but it seems ridiculous that the total was that high. I would not recommend this company because of the cost. It seems like the more affordable option is to go to a professional tattoo/piercing business.
