  I would NOT recommend making an appointment before checking out how they price everything. This place is WILD for their pricing. I had multiple holes that closed up many years ago. I planned on getting all four re-pierced. I always wanted to try flat back earrings. The staff member informed me that they could only offer flat back with needle piercing. Of course that method costs more, for the piercings and the jewlery. Then he informed me that each piercing is it's own charge and each earrings has its own price. They are not sold in pairs. So on the spot I realized it would be over $400, which is absolutely insane! There are multiple other locations in the same mall that will do the same work for much less. I was very satisfied elsewhere. Also, do not plan to go here on the weekend. It was full of parents bringing their littles for their 1st piercings! It is probably less crazy during the week.

  My 2 year old daughter had her ears pierced this morning at Rowan Eastview Mall. We had the best experience. The staff were licensed nurses, patient with us, so sweet to my daughter, and very professional! The environment was spotless and we were very comfortable. We highly recommend this studio!

  Staff is nice but prices are OUTRAGEOUS. Got my third lobes with a needle and just because a needle was used that’s already $70. Earrings don’t come in sets they come individually…$88 PER earring mind you there are more expensive options. Cost almost $300 just for a lobe piercing. Although the service was good I will not be returning simply because of the pricing.

  Initial reaction:Staff was very friendly and helpful. They took their time to make sure my daughter was comfortable and knew each step of the way Update: I did feel that the $88 per earring was a bit of a sticker shock but I THOUGHT it would be worth it. I took my daughter on 5/9 for her birthday to get her first piercing and at 9pm 5/12….. one earring broke. The post that holds the front part to the part in the ear snapped off inside. Making the whole thing unusable. I had to scramble to a store late at night to buy new earrings for her and hope the swap would go ok and no infection would happen as a result. I reached out to Rowan asking for a refund because paying $176 for earrings that broke after 3 days is unacceptable. After a bit of back and forth with them only wanting to offer a replacement, I was allowed a refund… of $73.10. Not even the full price of the one earring. The post is unusable as well as said before the post from the front is stuck inside. The staff were very friendly on the day, the place is very clean but I feel the prices are a little steep and ESPECIALLY when the jewelry breaks so easily after only 3 days. Unless they re-design their jewelry I would not recommend.

  went to look around, with my two year old daughter, deciding if I wanted to get her eyes pierced or not. Rowan the owner was there, was very pushy. As a new mom, I was worried about how my daughter would react. I made a concern stating something along the lines of “she might scream”. He followed with saying “what do you think she’s the only child that was brought here” very snarky. He seems very egotistical. Greedily, profiting off a space that’s mostly geared towards women, & his only interest is taking your money. Nurses very nice though. Would NOT put my money in his pocket. There’s better people in this world to give your money to.
