  I am absolutely disgusted by how my daughter was treated at this location. She went in to shop, and instead of being welcomed, she was subjected to blatant disrespect, rudeness, and suspicion from a red-haired employee working the register. From the moment my daughter walked in this employee made it incredibly obvious that she didn’t want her there. To make matters worse, before even walking over from the register, the employee was loudly asking if she stole anything. Since when is it acceptable to profile and accuse customers before they even have a chance to look around? Is it no longer a retail employee's job to greet customers with basic decency and kindness? Or did I miss the memo where Lush now trains its staff to treat paying customers like they’re poor? To be treated like a criminal just for trying to shop is unacceptable. We will not be returning to this store until management addresses the toxic attitude of its staff.

  If I could give a half star review I would!Not only did the store was completely empty of a Saturday evening but the employee with the red hair took her sweet time coming out from the back and proceeded not only to stay quiet and watch me from a corner as I looked around the store for a specific scent and when I asked her for help she had a attitude and a condescending response as she would grab things and throw them around aggressively and when she handed me the paper slip to smell the fragrance she completely threw it onto my hand and letting it fall to the floor as I was going to grab it, I would definitely recommend not coming here if that employee is there unless you want your whole day ruined

  Amazing staff. Shoutout to Nora and the rest of the staff for helping me out today. Needed a mother’s day gift and they helped me create my own gift box. Very knowledgeable, kind and helpful staff. Thank you so grateful.

  Not only does this place have all the wrong prices listed for their items, they refuse to correct it and make things right. They follow you around and treat you like a thief too
