⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After a past bad experience with laser hair removal at another facility, so I was extremely nervous about trying again. From the moment I walked into Elite Laser, I knew this experience would be different. The office is incredibly clean, professional, and welcoming. Sophia was amazing throughout the entire process. She made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, and explained everything clearly. The treatments were surprisingly quick, easy, and it didn’t hurt at all. Patrick also provided outstanding customer service. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience from start to finish. After my previous bad experience elsewhere, I can honestly say Elite Laser exceeded all of my expectations. If you’re considering laser hair removal and want a clean, professional facility with knowledgeable staff who truly care about their clients, I highly recommend Elite Laser. I’m so glad I made the switch!

BEWARE! I went to Elite Laser for skin tightening and have been disappointed since the beginning. I completed 9 out of the 10 sessions purchased and have seen NO RESULTS! From the beginning they NEVER TOOK ANY PICTURES! I asked Vanessa numerous times to which she told me the person who takes pictures wasn’t in. Finally around my 5th session Vanessa took pictures. Each session I let Vanessa know that I was not seeing any results. Finally I went to the owner Sharon who has been the rudest person I have ever dealt with. She first said Vanessa told her I refused pictures then said they lost my pictures. She’s is a liar and a thief. She has been completely disrespectful and unprofessional. Take your money and go elsewhere.
