  I’ve been a loyal customer at SalonCentric for years, with my wife having an account there for a long time. Today, I went in to buy supplies for our barbershop, as we’ve done many times before. A little heavy set lady in her mid-30s to 40s with red / brunette hair refused to let me make a purchase because my wife wasn’t physically present, even though I had her ID, license, and proof of account. Despite explaining that we’ve done this many times before without issue, she refused to help. It’s incredibly disappointing to see such rigid and unhelpful service, especially when I’m trying to spend a significant amount of money. This kind of attitude only hurts loyal customers and the business itself. I won’t be coming back to this location ever again. Very disappointing experience.

  Very bad customer service…dosnt have item and they have different prices on the shell and they change on the end ….small MOil 9.15$!!!

  So nasty I always come in and use a family member‘s account I even filled out a form. I’ve been going there for three years whenever I need to pick something up. I don’t know if it’s a new guy working there or he’s newly in charge but gives me a problem that I can’t buy anything although I have a form and always come in there. Telling me that my family member has to be there with me which is ridiculous because then what’s the point of the form and I’ve been going there for so long. On top of that was completely nasty about it and wanted to announce it to the whole store. there’s definitely much better places to go for hair professionals then this place nothing but attitude.

  Great experience! I have been shopping at Salon Centric for years in Florida and was excited to come across one in SI. Upon entering this location, I was welcomed with smiles, respect and kindness. Christy and Nick were equally knowledgeable and helpful in obtaining products, they were open to listening to my questions, concerns and opinions regarding my purpose in relation to beauty products. I felt as if they both have an ample amount of expertise within the business psychological aspect of customer service skills.
