- NNNicolette3 days ago5.0(UPDATE: After my review was originally posted, I was contacted and notified that I was mistakenly overcharged and was able to come in to correct it. Accidents happen but I’m very thankful for the honesty and am glad the price breakdown could be explained to me and handled with professionalism.) I booked full face glam and blow out with thermal/curling and I understand the service I booked online is an estimated price but I did not expect to pay over $100 more from the price I booked online. I asked for email receipt instead of paper so I can understand the break down but have not received one, the only email I have received is to write a google review and to rate the stylist. Besides that, salon is clean and the staff is very friendly. Would come back but with the expectation of paying much more than other salons of Staten Island for the same type of services.

She is delightful and takes her profession very seriously. I came out looking radiant, she nailed the hair color and the blowout. The entire staff is very professional and friendly. Will definitely return.

Thank you for your hospitality. My stylist actually listened to me which is what kept me away from hair salons for years. Thank you Sophie. Great personality as well. Oh and the Salon is beautiful and spotless. Owners understand tgat the smallest things make the biggest impact. 'Out of the box' offerings, warm towels go a long way in a client's eyes. Wishing the owners, continued success!!
