Klementina takes the time to carefully explain the proper care of your hair and gets to know her clients. She removes all anxiousness and makes you feel right at home. From the moment you walk in, you know you are in good hands. She mixes the color and gloss/glaze to perfection (today was Jet Black after previously being Medium Brown) and gets exactly the color you ask for (but makes it look even better than you could have dreamed of when you asked!!!). She trims and curls and gets the perfect soft shiny texture that has you leaving there feeling on top of the world. But best of all, she has you smiling the entire time with her genuine goodhearted nature and compassion. I love Klementina and Alla and look forward to coming back any time!

My hair fell out in clumps, the color not only isn't what I wanted its weird, outdated haircut when I wanted something up to date, and my hair is like 4-5 inches shorter when I wanted a trim. I also didn't want my roots touched and well...... they're damaged. Unless you're over 50 save your time and go somewhere more.......experienced? Livid. I almost cried in the chair.
