- FCFay ChuAug 23, 20261.0I took my 5 year old son for their Back to School promo haircut. Prior to setting up the appointment, I specifically asked for a stylist who is experienced with cutting children's hair. They booked my appointment with Juanita. At the appointment, I informed Juanita of how I wanted my son's haircut to look like. The end result was a very uneven, choppy haircut with his front bangs being too short. I have been to other barber shops who have provided exceptional services and haircuts for fas less than their promo. I am very disappointed with JC Penny Salon and will not be a returning customer. Avoid this retailer, as their services have gone downhill.

I went to another salon 2 days prior and asked for a blonde balayage, and they destroyed my hair. The top part was black and the bottom part grey, not one piece of blonde in my hair, not to mention I started out as a blonde to begin with… I came into this salon freaking out and panicking as I was leaving for a trip in 2 days. Klementina came in early to meet with me at 9 am the day before and completely saved my hair and made it the most beautiful blonde color. She is truly so wonderful and knows what she is doing, a true professional and she is so sweet! I would very much recommend going to her and I appreciate so much that she was able to correct my hair from the horror it was before, and all this without any damage! It felt so soft and smooth! Absolutely amazing work and anyone would be lucky to have their hair done by her! Thank you so much ❤️

I wanted to do full head highlights and a really light color, but then they left the hair on the bottom more than the hair on the top so it got much lighter and she knew she messed up and still literally said you gotta wait about 4 weeks or more to get the color you want it’s a time process, and after she got done with my hair AFTER 7 HOURS, it was so damaged it was falling out it was just HORRIBLE
