I called to ask if any one of their stylists was comfortable working with fine curly hair. It's so hard to find someone who can ... And to this day I don't think anyone really is able to. I was assured that their stylists are capable of working with and comfortable doing so and yet.... They let me leave the salon looking like this. My hair not styled, frizzing as it dries. The stylist seemed confused on which product to put in my hair, and seemed not to know how to style it. I don't actually think she was comfortable working with my curl. She put her hands through it so darn much it whole diffusing, it turned into a frizzy mess. Everywhere I go they do that. They touch my curls to the point it becomes frizzy. They diffuse it frizzy, and tell me that's how it's supposed to be🤣. feel like no one actually knows how to work with curls like mine and I was disappointed. She echoed my thoughts that I needed more moisture, and the treatment she put in my hair for my scalp or whatever smelled nice but I feel like I left dryer than when I went in. I'm not super happy about the results and I'm not sure I'll go back. But if you have straight hair go for it. Everyone else looked gorgeous. Everybody else got great cuts and styles. Just don't go here for hair if you have fine curly hair. Or if you don't wanna be teased into a fro. If you do, have fun! They're nice folks, cute shop, but not for my hair type.
