First off, Linda is a true artist for all things hair! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair color today alone! It’s blonde, it’s lived in, perfect highlights, a gloss treatment, it’s perfectly me! And now for the back story. I’m getting married, and you know how they say don’t get adventurous on hair, beauty treatments, etc right before the wedding?? Yeah, I should have listened to that! 😂 So I got a brow wax & tint elsewhere last week and that went completely wrong. My natural shape was waxed off and the tint was so dark for my fair complexion (See pic 1). Then I panicked and bought a brow bleach kit and I made everything worse (See pic 2). I was lucky enough to get my hair touched up by Linda and then have the amazing Natalina fix the dumpster fire that is my eyebrow saga. She was simply amazing! She listened to my troubles and what I was looking for in my eyebrows. She was so knowledgeable about color correcting and fixed the shape and arch (when I thought there was no hope in saving them)!!! (See pic 3) She nailed the color I was looking for, gave my brows beautiful arches again, and left me feeling so unbelievably happy to have been at Ulta today. She has gained a new client and I’ll be telling everyone I know how amazing she is! DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK WITH THESE LADIES!! I can’t thank them enough for all that they did for me. Not just today, but every time I get a beauty service at Ulta! ❤️❤️❤️

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY BENEFIT BROW SERVICE?
Each Benefit experience is unique to YOU and your needs. Your Brow &
Beauty Expert (BBE) will kick things off with an in-depth consultation to
ensure you walk out feeling (and looking!) great. Our personalized Brow
Mapping allows you to see which hairs need to go and which need
to grow to achieve I'm-actually-obsessed brows. At the end of the service,
your BBE will wrap things up by styling your brows, so you’ll be ready to
take ’em out and show ’em off.
WHAT IS BROW MAPPING?
Our personalized Brow Mapping technique helps find where the brow
should start, arch, and end, and spots any hairs that need to be removed.
This process ensures you’re not just getting any ol’ brow shape, you’re
getting the brow shape that’s right for you. Once you've mapped out your
shape, your Brow & Beauty Expert will work with you to achieve that shape
through a service, product, or both.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY UPCOMING BEAUTY SERVICE?
Brow Lamination services: If you have allergies to hair dye or perming
solutions, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
lamination service. Swing by your local Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Make sure you haven't had a brow lamination within the 6 weeks
prior to your appointment.
*48 hours in some countries
I’M RUNNING LATE. WHAT’S YOUR LATE POLICY?
We get it, things happen! We’ll do our best to accommodate. However, if
you’re more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, your spot may be
given to another customer.
WHAT AGE DO I NEED TO BE TO RECEIVE A BEAUTY SERVICE?
Refer to the age minimum when booking to see whether you’ll need a
parent or guardian present at the time of appointment to give consent for
the service.

Appointments are recommended, but we do accept walk-ins.
