  I had an amazing experience thanks to Genisis! She did such a great job with the Sephora Rouge Spin the Wheel contest and made the whole experience fun and exciting. She also went above and beyond by bedazzling my girlfriend’s KAYALI perfume, and it came out absolutely beautiful. You could really tell she put a lot of care and effort into it. The manager was also extremely nice, welcoming, and professional. Overall, the customer service was amazing from start to finish. Genisis and the entire team made our visit feel special, and we really appreciated the extra effort. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had!

  The staff is so rude I was trying to buy something today and the lady with he red hair was so rude it’s like she wanted me out as fast as possible I asked her a few questions and with each question she had an attitude and then I went to the register the service there wasn’t any better, definitely not coming back ever again!

  My home away from home haha. Everyone is always really nice and helpful. Some more knowledgeable than others but they are always willing to help.

  I went into this Sephora location with my mom and honestly had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The employees were all standing around in a corner chatting instead of helping customers. My mom asked for help finding an eyeliner and was basically told to “go look around.” I asked for help with perfumes because I wanted recommendations and guidance picking one out, and all I got was “the perfumes are on the back wall.” The whole point of shopping at Sephora is to get help from beauty advisors, test products, and get recommendations — not feel like you’re inconveniencing the staff for asking questions. I ended up helping my own mom pick out a serum, lip liner, and eyeliner because nobody working there seemed interested in assisting us. Then at checkout, the cashier was extremely rude. I asked if I could redeem my birthday gift and she literally rolled her eyes. When I asked what my options were, she acted annoyed and bothered that I was even asking. Overall, the customer service at this location was terrible from start to finish. I would absolutely not come back here again. I’d rather drive to the mall Sephora where the employees are actually friendly, helpful, and willing to spend time assisting customers.
