- AMAnn MogilMay 20, 20261.0I went into this Sephora location with my mom and honestly had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The employees were all standing around in a corner chatting instead of helping customers. My mom asked for help finding an eyeliner and was basically told to “go look around.” I asked for help with perfumes because I wanted recommendations and guidance picking one out, and all I got was “the perfumes are on the back wall.” The whole point of shopping at Sephora is to get help from beauty advisors, test products, and get recommendations — not feel like you’re inconveniencing the staff for asking questions. I ended up helping my own mom pick out a serum, lip liner, and eyeliner because nobody working there seemed interested in assisting us. Then at checkout, the cashier was extremely rude. I asked if I could redeem my birthday gift and she literally rolled her eyes. When I asked what my options were, she acted annoyed and bothered that I was even asking. Overall, the customer service at this location was terrible from start to finish. I would absolutely not come back here again. I’d rather drive to the mall Sephora where the employees are actually friendly, helpful, and willing to spend time assisting customers.
