  I seriously question what is happening to the samples at this location. I have visited this store many times and have repeatedly been told that there were no samples available, even though I have personally seen other customers receiving them. After spending over $130, I still received nothing. The owner or store manager needs to investigate this properly and verify whether samples are actually being distributed to customers as intended. Customers should not be told that there are no samples while others are receiving them right in front of them. This is highly questionable and reflects very poorly on the management of this store.

  I had a very disappointing experience at your store today. The cashier who assisted us was extremely impatient and rude from the moment we reached the checkout. We had already waited quite a while, and when it was finally our turn, she showed obvious frustration and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. At one point, I provided my phone number for the rewards program, and the payment screen required me to confirm something. Without asking for my permission, she reached over and pressed the screen herself. I found this to be very inappropriate and disrespectful. Customers should be allowed to complete their own transactions. After I finished paying, I was simply putting my wallet and belongings back into my bag when she immediately started rushing me to leave the counter. The entire interaction felt hostile, unprofessional, and lacking even basic courtesy. If someone is unwilling to treat customers with respect, they should not be working in customer service. I have never experienced such poor service at one of your stores before, and it was honestly disappointing. I hope management will address this issue so that other customers do not have the same experience.
