- KUKarly U.Aug 8, 20261.0Whats going on with this kohls Sephora?? I used to love shopping here the workers were always so helpful and nice but in recent months my experiences have been nothing but negative. It seems like no one is ever working and when they are they’re playing on phones or talking to each other instead of asking the guest for help. My last visit was a few days ago and when I approached to ask for help the girl got an attitude with me and gave me a dismissive answer before stating that she had to run into the back leaving me to find what I needed on my own. Horrible. Not sure what happened but this location is not what it used to be before. It’s very disappointing.

I was having a great time with one of the cashiers about a week ago and someone asked her to help in the back instead mid transaction . She was one of the few helpful girls at this location. I also went in on 5/18 for a return and was waiting for a long time while what appeared to be their manager gave them an entire rundown of the day before i could even get a greeting by the cashier. Unethical do better.

- AAAvaOopJun 27, 20233.0It doesn't have a lot of things in stocks. I bought a Charlotte tilbury blush wand, and it was already squeezed out and used. I had to exchange it. Everything else was fine, besides the fact there are only two workers and they are working in the front, so I can't even ask for help bc they are talking to someone who is checking out.
