  Such a wonderful cosmetics store! I’ve stopped by The Cosmetics Company Store quite a few times before, but this was my first purchase, and I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing discounts and the wonderful customer service. A special thank you to Vira, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. What made the experience even more special was discovering that we are from the same country. It was so nice to meet someone from back home and have such a lovely conversation! I was especially happy to find the MAC Folio lipstick I had been looking for at such an amazing discount. And on top of that, I received a gift with my purchase, which was such a lovely surprise! I’m very happy with my experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend The Cosmetics Company Store! Thank you!!’

  I drove about 45 minutes to the Cosmetics Company Store for a restock of some of my regular beauty items. According to the website, they open at 10am. When I arrived to the store at 10:20am, it was closed, but no signage stating anything regarding the closure. I decided to sit and wait for a few minutes since I drove out of the way, only to witness an employee walk in around 10:40am, lock the door behind her, and head into the back. By 11:00am, the employee still had not opened the store, turned the lights on, unlocked the door, etc. She just hung out at the front counter sitting on her phone while the store was locked up to customers. Such an incredibly disappointing experience. If it’s something important, don’t waste your time going to this store.

  I have lost count of how many times I have visited this location! This store offers great deals and updates their sales wall regularly. Great deals and products aside, what makes this store great is the staff. Everything I come in, I am greeted and told about all of the new sales. They always ask me what I am looking for and help me find it. Even though I have come in many times, I felt I needed to leave a review after visiting yesterday. I was helped by Mia who listened to my needs and to the product type I was hoping to find. I have difficult skin, and she took the time to educate me about how to best take care of it. It was clear Mia was well informed and cared about my needs. She went above and beyond! (Thanks, Mia!)
