  I should have listened to other Groupon reviews mentioning this is a scam. After they canceled my first appointment 10 minutes before it was scheduled and I was already on the way yesterday, I should have known. I went in again today and they said it was going to be $100 extra because my hair is long. Mind you the price I got on Groupon was $112, so they basically doubled the price. That is more than I was quoted at a high end salon WITHOUT a groupon. Felt sketchy like they were just making up a price on the spot. Also they said a single process only meant a root touch up, when there was no mention of this when I paid the Groupon. The only place it said this was in the fine print under a “read more” button in font size 1. Glad I listened to my gut and left.

  i appreciate when a business emphasizes its care to their customers. i’m very pleased with my experience at Vada. I had a bit of a mishap, they heard me out, and fixed it with a 10/10 gel manicure. I’m coming back for a massage, definitely recommend this spa!

  before my appointment on aug 21st, my initial booking on the phone was already off when i was repeatedly asked through text and on the phone if i can move my 2pm booking earlier because “it’s a 3 hour service” i feel like if u can’t take a booking then don’t offer it. i got a package on groupon and used it for a massage, facial and mani pedi combo. the massage was great but the fact that i accepted the upsell of the gel manicure because “it lasts longer” and they had a brazilian waxer play around in my nails which was so disappointing and unacceptable . she plugged in her wax business after the terrible work which confirmed my suspicions of her not knowing what she’s doing by the way she handled the nail polish . i had the repeatedly tell her my nails are crooked and she still couldn’t understand. i had to file them even at home. and here i am a few days later (aug 23) with a chipped nail due to the poor work done on my nails. the cuticles are sloppy, gel isn’t clean, the gel is clumpy, u can tell by how bumpy the light reflections are. i still left every service worker including the waxer who did my gel manicure a tip because i wasn’t going to take my frustrations onto her personally . management needs to work on staffing and not have things like this continue. i already had a bad feeling going into this due to the booker on the phone and the reviews i saw prior to visiting. only got the coupon for my friends birthday. a shame because i wanted to return for the deep tissue massage .

  This spa was suggested by my friend she sent me to a lady there Sarah to do my hair I was impressed, my hair stayed perfect for 4 days I hardly recommend this spa and ask for SARAH!! this woman has magic hands 🙌

  I had an amazing experience at Vada Spa today using a Groupon for a LaseMD treatment and a Swedish massage, and I couldn’t be happier with my visit. My Swedish massage was with Dinora, and she was absolutely wonderful. She truly has the best hands! The pressure was perfect (not too light and not too deep) and I can confidently say it was the best massage I’ve ever had. My LaseMD treatment was with Rosie, and she made me feel comfortable from start to finish. She explained every step of the procedure, let me know exactly what to expect, and thoroughly reviewed the aftercare instructions. I’m so glad I followed her recommendation to add the numbing cream because it made the treatment completely comfortable and virtually painless. The spa itself is very clean, relaxing, and welcoming. Ania at the front desk was also incredibly pleasant, friendly, and accommodating, making the entire experience even better. Based on my experience today, I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Vada Spa to anyone looking for exceptional service and a professional, comfortable experience!
