  Really disappointed in my experience at Treat. I had a positive consultation so I had high hopes, but when I came in on time at 6:30pm for my appointment on May 11th, I wasn’t seen until 7:09. I received only one update the entire time I waited from the woman at the front desk and had no idea how much longer I was expected to wait. I explained I had to leave at 7:15 sharp for a business call, and attempted to reschedule once they brought me to the back, but Dr. Caridi insisted that we proceed and that it would only take 5 minutes. Of course we didn’t finish until another 25 minutes later and I missed the call. It is unacceptable for a client to wait for their provider for 40 minutes for an appointment, with few updates and little apology. Ultimately, even though another patient was being seen before me, this whole experience showed me that they don’t respect their clients or their time here.

  Absolutely love the staff here. They are fantastic. They are so warm, knowledgeable and really care about client satisfaction. Cannot recommend them more highly.

  MARVELOUS! Goodness! I have been to SO many different MedSpas in NYC and LA, well, enough to know Treat is VERY special. I had the XERF treatment (we MUST trust everything 'beauty' coming out of South Korea, right?!) and it was FANTASTIC. Amaya (I hope I spelled her name correctly) was beyond beautiful and lovely to chat with - I thought we were in there for 20 minutes. ACTUALLY it was 90 minutes! Flew by, totally painless, AND I already see the snatch from the laser coming. STUNNING! THANKS SO MUCH!

  I had an excellent experience at TREAT Medspa for laser hair removal. From the first consultation through the treatments, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process comfortable and straightforward. The facility is extremely clean, modern, and well run. As a guy, I appreciated how easy they made everything feel — no pressure, no awkwardness, just honest guidance and great service. The treatments were effective, far less uncomfortable than expected, and I started seeing noticeable results quickly. The technicians clearly know what they’re doing and took the time to explain the process and answer questions. Highly recommend Treat Medspa to anyone in NYC considering laser hair removal. Great experience overall and definitely worth it.

  Treat has completely changed my expectations for what a med spa experience should feel like. Every interaction is seamless, transparent, and supportive of my specific needs. They make scheduling easy, they communicate clearly, and the providers are incredibly attentive - Heather is the BEST. She always takes her time with me and gives me the most thoughtful recommendations. I’ve never once felt pushed toward unnecessary treatments, I feel she genuinely has my best interest at heart which is rare. So grateful to have found this spot!
