It feels like they’re just trying to pull a bait & switch for everything - it said to sign up for 20% off - I get all of the marketing messages but a code was never sent and they wouldn’t honor it. I also only had ONE ear pierced that had closed and got two earrings to match but they charged me for two piercings. When you go in, it’s incredibly disorganized and they just can’t seem to figure it out. I was told to come back to have my long post changed out after healing. I came by requesting this and they looked at me like I had five heads.
