They pierced it at such an angle that it was unable to heal and anytime the jewelry fell out, I would have to go to a professional to get it back in. I finally decided to go to a local piercer instead, who told me it was done wrong and said that the only way my ear would heal would be to re-pierce it. It was particularly frustrating considering that I went to Studs for a follow up multiple times and was told that everything was fine. Knowing that they told me it was fine when it wasn’t healing and was done wrong gives me serious concerns about their skills and judgement. I do not recommend coming here unless you want to spend more money somewhere else to have their mistakes fixed.
