  I went here for a helix piercing in August of 2024 and it was done completely wrong. They pierced it at such an angle that it was unable to heal and anytime the jewelry fell out, I would have to go to a professional to get it back in. I finally decided to go to a local piercer instead, who told me it was done wrong and said that the only way my ear would heal would be to re-pierce it. It was particularly frustrating considering that I went to Studs for a follow up multiple times and was told that everything was fine. Knowing that they told me it was fine when it wasn’t healing and was done wrong gives me serious concerns about their skills and judgement. I do not recommend coming here unless you want to spend more money somewhere else to have their mistakes fixed.

  Fantastic experience! I’ve had my ears pierced since childhood, and I got lazy about keeping jewelry in the holes. Over the years my right lobe hole partially closed up, and the staff here repierced it. It was virtually painless, and they were so friendly and efficient. I’ll be back for matching jewelry for the other ear!

  Judina was awesome! Everyone was really nice :) I was nervous, got two cartilage piercings but honestly they didn’t really hurt, it reminded me of getting a shot. I got them done yesterday, no swelling or anything weird thus far. I have a few more piercings I’d like to get I will definitely go back :)

  greedy establishment. profit over customer. imagine my shock when i needed help removing one of my stuck piercings and was asked to pay a $15 fee. yikes. greed will be your downfall.
