  I purchased $115 worth of studs and initially agreed to have them inserted by a piercer. However, I only found out about the additional $15 service fee after asking about the price, so I politely declined. When I tried putting them on myself in front of a mirror, a staff member told me this wasn't allowed and asked me to leave the store. I understand that the Association of Professional Piercers recommends against customers changing their own jewelry inside piercing studios for hygiene reasons, which is completely reasonable. However, both this policy and the additional service fee should be clearly communicated beforehand. After spending over $100, I found the experience quite disappointing. A little more transparency and a friendlier approach would have made all the difference. On a positive note, a big shoutout to the lovely tall gentleman who gave my boyfriend some great art gallery recommendations! The gold-plated titanium studs are also beautiful. It's a shame the overall customer experience didn't match.

  I cannot say enough good things about Sam I came in after getting pierced at a different location. The flat back of my stud was pushed in a little too deep and my ear had swollen over it. Sam saved me a trip to the ER and was so patient, kind, and quick in the process Thank you so much, Sam — you’re the best!

  Best piercing experience I’ve ever had! I was able to do a walk-in with no wait time. They do piercings on ears and noses. They have beautiful jewelry options including 14k gold, which is amazing as someone who only wears gold tones. One of my earrings was freshwater pearl! They also have a discount for getting multiple piercings at once, and you get a little goodie bag with aftercare information. They do a 10% discount for students and teachers. Very fairly priced overall. The piercing areas were clean and well-maintained without feeling too sterile and anxiety-inducing. I was helped by Kaila at the counter and Sam was my piercer. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and even excited to see how my piercing turned out! Overall amazing experience and I would recommend to anyone whether they’re getting their first piercing or adding to your collection!

  They have really nice jewelry but the staff was quite unfriendly unfortunately and on their phones while I asked for help on the jewelry. I’ve purchased three piercings and then asked the staff to help me open one of my existing piercings, so I could change it. They said they would charge me $15 and I’d have to sign a waiver, which I find ridiculously exaggerated. I just wanted them to open my piercing…
