- MBMariah BosticAug 21, 20261.0Terrible customer service the heavyset girl at the register had an attitude that I was disappointed they didn’t have any birthday gifts I wanted , then got frustrated that I wasn’t sure what number I had on my account. I felt very rushed & She made me feel very uncomfortable and rushed . Terrible customer service unfortunately.

- AAAKJul 28, 20262.0Terrible customer service from the manager (curly hair with blonde highlights). Store display didn’t show all the birthday gifts, so I chose one available. Seconds later, I saw a sign confirming they did have the gift I wanted. When I asked to swap it while still in store, she literally pulled the item out of a drawer, displayed it, and still refused to give it to me. Unbelievably petty and unprofessional. Luckily, another associate helped me get what I wanted. As a loyal Sephora girlie , I probably won’t be back to this location.
