I said hi when I went up to them and they ignored me so I was just standing there and then they just hand me a phone and say put your email in. I ask about the birthday gift since I have an account, and I clearly see the one that I want, they just go no only those, pointing to a different case. They saw they were wrong as was like oh yea you can take that, I pay and they just say ok bye. Had to ask for a bag and they just went on to like talking on their phone. I don’t usually care about customer service but be a decent normal person.
