- MMMiko MAug 19, 20262.0One of tall black bold security, he must be new never see him like three or four months ago, never treated everyone same way,I noticed that three or four times always unfriendly face and unprofessional, most of the time I go to both locations in the area which is 175 Broadway and 185 Greenwich,most of the staff's are friendly, this person from 175 Broadway just horrible, doesn't fit there!
- NRNo RoAug 9, 20261.0I would like to share a very unpleasant experience I had at Sephora today, July 9, at around 4:30 PM. I asked the staff member at the entrance whether I could pay for my items directly with one of the sales associates, as I have normally been able to do this at Sephora. Her response was extremely rude and unfriendly. She told me that I had to go and line up “somewhere back there,” without offering any proper assistance. I then approached another sales associate, who was very helpful and allowed me to pay for my purchases directly with her without any issue. What happened afterward was even more unacceptable. Before leaving the store, I simply looked at the staff member at the entrance, without saying anything to her. She then started insulting me. I found her behavior extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate for someone working in customer service. I have shopped at Sephora many times and have never experienced this kind of treatment before. I would appreciate it if this incident could be looked into, as no customer should be spoken to or treated in this manner.
