- RMR MApr 23, 20262.0Either the manager or one of the employees was clearly following me around the store. Every isle I went into she appeared right behind me pretending to organize stuff. It's obvious she was racially profiling me. It made me very uncomfortable when all I was doing was minding my own business shopping for makeup. Like I get that they are trying to stop theft but I didn't see anyone else getting followed and I wasn't doing anything sketchy that would give any reason to be suspicious of me besides literally just being black apparently. Like I live 2 blocks away and I shop at this location often. There was absolutely no reason to treat me that way and it's frustrating. I'm definitely going to be direct and say something next time they pull that bs. Sephora needs to stop.

No matter how much money you’ve spent there -they refuse to allow a return one day late. They must keep your money -no store credits given. ULTA and BLUE MERCURY NORDSTROM etc. are so much better in every way. Low class store.
