Instead of clarifying the situation, the staff member spoke to me in a rather abrupt and dismissive way and asked me to go back to the end of the line. I fully understand the need to keep things organized, but tone and basic courtesy matter. A simple explanation would have been enough. Because of how I was treated, I chose not to proceed with my purchase. Unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression.

She taught me makeup techniques and found me amazing replacement products where my choice was out of stock.
