Every time I visit, the Beauty Advisors go above and beyond, from thoughtful product recommendations to taking the time to explain techniques and routines. The store is always clean, well‑organized, and easy to shop, which shows how strong the leadership and teamwork are behind the scenes. You can feel the positive energy the moment you walk in. Whether you’re restocking essentials or trying something new, this location makes the experience smooth, enjoyable, and personalized. Highly recommend stopping by if you want great service and a great vibe.

  If you looking for someone that's professional, knowledgeable, corteous and answers all your Questions.....it will be EMILY. She was able to help me and other customers without making anyone feel dismissive.Thank you for being informative plus helpful. You are the only person that had patience and welcoming. I'm very satisfied with my purchases. I also want to thank Milton that was at the register...very pleasant. Come to this sephora store....Thumbs up to these two Employees: Emily and Milton. Will highly reccomend this stire and these two employees.

  It was my first time at this location, and of course I was nervous. When going to a new Sephora, you don’t know the layout of the store. Or what products they do and do not carry. Luckily I was able to receive helpful assistance from the tall gentleman Kai. I needed his assistance almost 4 separate different times. Yet every time I approached him and asked for his help. He was kind, never made me feel like a burden and was extremely helpful. I was quite shocked on how exceptionally knowledgeable he was.On where almost every brand was located around the store. Down to the shelf it is on. Which made shopping on my own would’ve taken about 35 minutes. He cut it down to 12,& made it a breeze. I wasn’t able to get all three of the items I wanted. Which wasn’t his fault at all, the store just didn’t have that specific item. Though luckily I was able to get 2/3. Which was a job well done for me, and I am grateful to have been assisted by Kai👍. P.S. A customer accidentally knocked an entire shelf down. I noticed he jumped right in to help. Yes he’s tall and not everyone may be able to reach. Though when someone is compassionate and genuine towards helping people. It DEFINITELY stands out. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for going above and beyond constantly. Without anyone looking or standing over his shoulder👏👏👏👏 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5 stars for Kai

  I wish I could say I’ve had positive experiences at this location, but unfortunately that hasn’t been the case. It’s a smaller store, and the customer service is often lacking. There has been an ongoing pattern of racial profiling at this location for years. This is not an isolated incident but a chronic problem. Sephora needs to take proactive measures to address it through ongoing training on unconscious bias and discrimination so that every customer is treated with dignity and respect. Today while checking out, I asked if they carried the new Laura Mercier blush. The cashier directed me back to the display. I explained that I had already checked and that it wasn’t there. She then said they had “run out.” However, the display only had the older blush line, which made it clear she wasn’t aware of the newer release and hadn’t actually verified before responding. The interaction felt dismissive rather than helpful. I miss the days when this location first opened—there were such creative, knowledgeable makeup artists who were genuinely helpful. That level of expertise and care seems to be missing now. I hope the store invests more in staff training, product knowledge, and creating a more respectful and attentive experience for all customers. Addressing implicit bias and ensuring all customers feel equally welcomed should be part of that effort.
