  Rude , the associate at the door including security looking me up and down , didn’t say a word. The associate who checked me out didn’t even looked up, nor tell me how many points I had. Literally had to tell her hey I have over 500 points , are there any small gifts available? Smh

  Sephora has leveled up at this new location! Natai offered excellent customer service and guidance in the art of makeup! Andy was stocking products when I asked about inventory. He kindly went to check the stock and delivered. Enjoyable experience! This is how makeup should be; fun to interact and hcelebrate beauty! Thank you Natai and Andy!

  Super well-staffed and stocked, and all the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable! Much better than the Times Square location

  I visited the store on 3 St Marke Place in NYC and had a great experience. I was surprised by the product range they had (which the 14th street)store did not have which was disappointing. The St Marks store also had courteous staff and I was helped by Viviana at the store who had a ton of in-depth product knowledge so all in all a great experience and would go back for more also more info from Viviana.
