  I visited the store on 3 St Marke Place in NYC and had a great experience. I was surprised by the product range they had (which the 14th street)store did not have which was disappointing. The St Marks store also had courteous staff and I was helped by Viviana at the store who had a ton of in-depth product knowledge so all in all a great experience and would go back for more also more info from Viviana.

  I'm so glad a Sephora opened up here! Now I don't have to walk all the way to 14th St anymore. I've been to this location a couple of times now and Vivian has been so helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. I've always had difficulty finding the right foundation shade, but she helped me find one that both matches and works with my dry skin type. She's always informing me about current promos and sales too, which I highly appreciate! :)

  Finding makeup is not something I find fun. It honestly stresses me out, the options are overwhelming, and I feel intimidated by not knowing what will actually look good on me and not break me out. I had such a wonderful experience today with Vivian. She was so knowledgable, she seemed to intuitively know what products I’d like based on my skin concerns, budget, and comfort level. She left me feeling so much more confident about my purchases and didn’t push for sales. I then starting picking her brain about products I didn’t even currently need so I know what to buy when my products run out. Also, highly recommend the skin test to figure out your skin type/tone. Took two seconds and I have a much better idea of what to look for. Impressed with you Sephora and thanks again Vivian!!

  Customer service here is top tier ! I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jassiel she was very attentive, patient, and helpful. The entire staff had an upbeat attitude and ready to assist I recommend this location for all your beauty needs .
